Do you really think the big gold miners like Barrick Gold, Anglo Nico, Yamada, Newmont Mining, Goldcorp are lining up to shower these criminals with hundreds of millions of dollars for some made up mining property ?

In this case, Almaden will be doing some work with an eye to buying the claims in question. Note that among other things, the Optioner (G4G) must guarantee that:
there is no adverse claim or challenge against or to the ownership of or title to any of the Claims, nor to the knowledge of the Optionor is there any basis therefor, and there are no outstanding agreements or options to acquire or purchase the Optionor’s interest in the Claims or any portion thereof, and no person has any royalty, net profits or other interest whatsoever, absolute or contingent, in production from any of the Claims.
Almaden will pay G4G a total of $6 million and 3 million shares of stock over a period of five years, unless the option is terminated earlier.
