Thanks, although I will clear up one thing. The DTC suspended settlement services. Mistakes happen at 1 in the morning on a weekend. I think everyone still got the point.

As a result of a complaint filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), the Depository Trust Company (DTC) has suspended settlement services, except custody services, for the following securities:

As of today, the SEC has not directly filed anything against the company I've invested in; however, it is still suspended from trading.

Ken and crew definitely don't want this to happen to them.
