I have gone through the links and find nothing to do with KATX/BVIG. As well as nothing to do with trading of KATX/BVIG or Kats S-1 and the Spin-off.

(Ken and crew definitely don't want this to happen to them.)
I don't see anything happening that is negative to KATX/BVIG
