Mappo, lets be fair. The SEC could not approve an S-1 that was now withing their guidelines. I am not an SEC fan, but sometimes, it is not their fault.

It katx wasn't incompetent it would have been approved faster, the reason it took so long is 100% the fault of katx.

katx management can't do anything they are useless scammers.
