Gooddolphin, You are correct,
and it is getting worse & worse each year.
The SEC is too lazy or too fishy to deal with the problems.
It shoudn't take 8 months to pass the S-1, too long and wasted too much time.
The whole damn SEC Dept should be thrown out to the street & replace with new fresh officials.
The old folks there maybe crooked too.
All shareholders should complain to their Senators & Congressmen.
