What have they done already; please enlighten me? From where I sit, they have put out a lot of fraudulent PRs and got banished to the greys where all pink sheet scams go to die.

The SEC will find out nothing of the sort. They acted on SRGE, sent it to the greys, again, where all pink sheet scams go to die.

The SEC won the battle and they will win the war. The first battle they won was suspending SRGE and sending it to the greys...yes you guessed it, where all pink sheet scams go to die.
