This is a bunch of semantical nonsense. You yourself said that this settlement stinks, yet you won't try to focus on anything that could undo the negativity. The fact that the escrow shares reappeared in my account after a long absence and the fact that a paper letter was sent to me regarding value of the former H's speaks of payment.
I also think this settlement stinks, in the sense that although I believe we will get paid in the future, I feel that somebody is earning profit on money through investing it, while it could be paid to us.
As for WMIH, it is disappointing to see the way the price is being manipulated. But what exchange does this trade on? None, I guess. So only real good news is needed to positively control the PPS.
