nranger, I understand your outrage with the whole process. I share it.
I just was clarifying that the letter isn't a "promise to pay $10+" it's a "are due $10+" -- and that is a key difference.
Until and unless monies come into the LTI through lawsuits, tax refunds, etc -- we are, where we are now, with an IOU for the H's, not a guarantee of payment.
