due to all those IOUs out there.
What else ? There maybe more IOUs out there than the whole Katx OS.
Its been a long time being naked-short, KATX is glad to be alive after years of abuse by illegal shorting.
Finally, the approval of S-1 may help solve some problems.
Lets see what the SEC findings are later.
