Kennay (not the MMs) has raised the OS to over 850 million, and the AS to 2.4 billion or so. He has also taken the company "dark" so that he can issue and dump shares at will and in secret.

How can it be so difficult to see that relentless and patient insider dumping of KATX stock is inexorably causing the PPS to keep making new lows, day after week, after month for the patient victims still waiting, after YEARS, for that worthless BVIG stock?

Man. What a ripoff.
