I sent an e-mail today to Tim Moses and Deirdre Baker asking them to clarify for shareholders the confusion that exists over NovaBiogenetics and its status to us the shareholders.
I cut and pasted from PR's and the web site and then concluded with the following:
"Talk about confusion. You've called NovaBiogenetics in January of 2002 a wholly own subsidiary of BioShield. You've called it an affiliate company and a joint partner and as stated on the Nova Web Site, Privately held. Need I say more? Shareholders are confused."
I also had a very short conversation with TM early this evening and again expressed my concern over the above issue. He said he has heard that complaint from other shareholders. He would not give me a time table but he stated the company would issue a clarification regarding that matter in the future for everyone at the same time.
