Ernie:If the operations are in Mehico,the a court action can be taken there. KINROSS is in a world of hurt,first by negative press,theit PPS will drop and they become ripe for a takeover(or hostile action from another entity)they stand to loose more than SRGE could .They could loose their any Mexican operationS they have if a judgement goes against them. The thing they will do now is a complete buy -out of the mines in question to save their PPS, and it will cost them 1-2billion$$$.AIMO
