Nothing you need to do.
If you don't want the SEC to have the info we have (your account info and the IP address(es) you've posted from), then you need to consult an attorney and tell them you need to "file a motion to quash a subpoena" and fax us a copy of the motion when it's been filed.
They're not asking for (and couldn't ask for, it appears) things like PM's between you and anyone else (unless that someone else is me or Matt), your credit card info, your phone number, or any other things like that which we don't have.
We have your IP address(es), email address and your name as you entered it when you joined the site, and that's all they're asking for specific to any members of the site and all we are going to or can give them.
I'm not aware of anyone quashing an SEC subpoena and it doesn't sound like a particularly fruitful endeavor, but each person whose information is requested in the subpoena does have the right to file with a court to see if they can get the court to order us not to hand over the info (that's what "quashing" is) and if we receive such an order or proof that such a filing was made, we will comply with it and withhold the information.
Sounds like I'm making a mountain of a molehill or giving more info than you requested, but I want to make sure I'm as clear as I can be about what's being requested, what we intend to hand over, and your right to appeal to a court to prevent us from doing so.
