Matty - you don't have to do anything. Ihub is just being asked to supply the SEC with information. Information as to the identity of people who posted during a certain period of time. Since IHub is run by "fine people" they are letting you know that, in case you want to exercise any legal rights to stop (quash) the subpoena.
