KINROSS is so far looking to be the fraud. They tried a scam of collecting (denying JV or any deal,hence sell-off))as many of the outstanding shares,( plus the JV 500mill.resticted shares and exercise control.I believe now that SRGE asked the SEC to shut it down,so to prevent the ongoing scam by KINROSS to continue.If SRGE submitted all documents (prior to 26th)and SRGE said we are making a annoucement on the 26th, and SEC must have approved ,why would SEC shut them down 2 days later? Because they were asked too by SRGE. AIMO
