Why do we make the water a problem until we know that it is. Yes it could be, but it may not be a problem. There are enough problems with this operation that making new ones does not help. We know that the mine shafts above the sinker are full of water, but we also know that once that is pumped out or drained out that keeping them drained should not be a problem. As far as what to do with the water, if it is tested and found to meet discharge standards, which it may, then discharging it should be no problem. Geomine
