The water would have to be evaporated by spraying into the air.

How long would that take?!... Sounds like a way to separate the contaminants from the water and prevent it from going into nearby water sources. Why else would they require evaporation?!

Insiders always claim things are just fine, but they cannot issue their own permits... Lets see it in writing

How long will it take for 50 quadrillion gallons of water to evaporate? Or whatever huge amount of water is in those tunnels. A long time I bet.
