This is good. Sony now owns 100% of Sony-Ericsson joint venture. So, in a way IDCC has licensed the Ericsson handset domain. This is better than what is seen on the surface.
dndodd: I agree that it looks like IDCC licensed Sony. However, I may be completely wrong, but I believe that it could also mean that the JV, which is a separate entity, could be the recipient of the license as part of IDCC's contribution.
