ROTFLOL, lazyazzdaddy, I overlooked nothing in my recent post regarding THCs Trademark application for the word "Cannacig", as I CLEARLY stated, the Mark has been approved for publication in the Gazette, and once published, the 30 day opposition period starts, and as Ive stated in the past, there are some well established legal reasons why RFMK might have a very hard and quite costly time trying to fight the Trademark award to THC, let alone the fact that RFMKs opposition may not even be successfull, obviously, who ever the lawyer was that Allinder used in deciding to not properly protect the Cannacig name, if he really even did consult with 1(cant trademark words containing the term "canna" ROTFLOL!!!!!), had to be an idiot, let alone the fact that any person(ie. Business Operator) with the least bit of commonsense and competence could have easily found trademarks cantaining the term "Canna" already exist, wonder if Allinder will use the same Attorney to try and correct his complete blunder on this.
