Right, I think THCScientific also forgot that they trashed both RFMK and the CANNAcig on another public forum before they even applied for the trademark.. Which I do have screen shots saved of, and have been forwarded to RFMK...

Once RFMK proves THCScientific knew that the name was already being used, they can then go after them financially...

As I said, I hope THC is ready for whats coming.. those whom play with fire are bound to get burned..

You Make a Good Point!! The CannaCig Sells its self!! maybe give thc Scientific a Franchise!! After all The Sales Expectations to RFMK's bottom line is in the millions!!! imo.

Doesnt matter how it is written out, the Trademark THC applied for is for a standard character word, not a specific font or design.
