A ton of penny stocks had the same halt by the SEC in Sept. Now, they ALL trade on the grey, down 70% from halt day. LOL!!!!

Maybe it will. I doubt it though after all the flagrent BS they pulled.

Not all that go gray are scams and do come out of it...but no way this scamfest.

I have been in penny stocks for many years and to date I have never seen one open back on a normal exchange.

You could be right but the odds are dramatically not in your favor. Especially considering how overwhelming the evidence that SGRE is fraud.

I am sorry for your losses, just like all other longs, but one must finally face the music and stop dreaming. This will become a lesson and hopefully most will understand when a board is overcome with people saying its getting halted, they may just want to play the investment safe and not reckless.

Good luck Tob and I do hope you can recoup the loss in another investment.

No it will not. It's done. There is a specific procedure that must take place and I guarantee no one will touch SRGE.
