Good post. I was the same way, I started as a long and the more and more I dug, the more it stunk and I am pissed at them for doing this as I would love to have retired! I will not stop until the SEC halts them, I am relentless.

Im with you 100% bud. I think the hardest thing for people to let go of is that the dream is over. It was nice while it lasted. I guess we will just have to go find the next "dream".

giaiv22, you are not a "Chump" here on the Board and there is no reason for anyone to cut you down as you posted. This is the Penny World and things happen. Look, I am not saying SRGE is done as I again urge all to see if they have some sort of rebuttal tomorrow AM pre market. If they do not......

Does it suck to lose ones hard earned Money? Yes! Does it suck to see some degrade others in their worst days when losing money? Yes. Many believed and many still may tonight. We shall see the outcome tomorrow IMO whether SRGE can issue a PR or not.

In the meantime, keep your Chin up and always know there are many other opportunities out there in Penny Land each and every day. Many may have lost out on SRGE thus far (not insinuating what will happen tomorrow AM) but even if that is the case people can move on and still make $ out there. Might this be a setback? Yes! Should this cause some to be discouraged enough to throw in the Towel and quit? No!

Is is all about knowing what to get into, when to get out and discipline when one has a decent gain to sell and not hoping for more. Many had that here in the high 01 range as recent as yesterday. Unfortunately many get caught in the "Trap" in thinking things will go higher including me.

If SRGE does fail us, people have to realize that their leftover $100.00 can be turned back into $1000.00. Many get discouraged when they have a lower amount to invest but it can happen.

Lets see what tomorrow AM brings and go from there. People will then need to decide what to do whether that be to hold, buy or sell. I can't make that prediction tonight as I have no Idea if SRGE will step up to the Plate tomorrow AM with a rebuttal.

Many are anxious tonight and not knowing what to do. Hopefully my comment has helped to an extent but even I can not predict what will happen tomorrow. The best to all regardless what one decides to do and a good rest of the Night. Thanks for reading.

What more can be said at this point giaiv...I am completely on the exact the same page as you, same feelings exactly... So much time on this board, so many efforts of dd, and yes there were many unanswered questions along the way...but the scale was tipped the right way imo, but now this.

So many people here I am sure are saying "damn if I only took profits! But it really seemed like the real deal! I would hate myself if this explodes and I miss it! Last chance for cheapies!" etc etc etc...what a freakin disappointment...

And my wife..."I told u if it sounds too good to be true..." blah blah blah...I am just so glad I got out without losing hardly anything. I did keep a portion of shares for shi*s and giggles before the close today but when I read the Kinross article I guess may as well kiss those goodbye. And I guess if the DIVY shows up in my account miraculously...oooppppsss I just fell asleep at the keyboard sorry!

Sad, disgraceful, disheartening, shameful and down right disgusting the way this has played out....very sorry for those who lost serious money here for sure, and great job to those who played this the way it was supposed to have been played...we live and learn...gltu all

I'm a chump here

Nah, you're not a chump. These things happen. SRGE isn't the first stock this has happened to and you're not the first investor to get stuck with a POS.

Consider it a lesson learned, pick your head up and move on. Just remember, the only longs in the OTC market are bagholders and take profit when you have it.

Best of luck to you!!
