You all have it all wrong all they did was released the old firm that did the old GEIV account and stayed with there own firm. This is only the first step. I would'nt be surprised if we had the numbers early next week.This was required by the SEC to pubicly announce this. Remember baby steps before you walk and then run

EPRIM, you need to dig a lot deeper. Each form has a certain number of days that it may be extended, a 10K is 30 days, a 10Q is 5 days. But here the one hard fast rule - NO EXCEPTION - if you do not file for an extention on or before the filing date, YOU LOSE!!! Period, none will be granted after this date has passed. The company is deliquent and continue to be for the serveral weeks, if not months, to come.
