I think you are reading too much into my post.

My post is in response to Dog's claim that NAUG has X amount of days to file ...((PERIOD)). This is simply NOT TRUE! All I am doing is showing him this fact. ....Extensions CAN be filed! If NAUG is running into any timing issues, it CAN obtain more time!

BTW: Did you know that 11% of all 8-K's are filed late?

Big Guy, OLD FIRM????? They state they hired them 5 weeks ago and you call that an "old firm". Do you have any idea how long it takes to do two years audit on a company you've never seen before. No, well let me tell you because I have been there and it was way before Sarbanes/Oxley. If they go at breakneck speed you're looking at 90 days. Next week you will get PR from Scott trying to explain his way out of this one and then will end it with "oh, by the way, because of the change in auditors, we cannot with any accurracy predict when the audits will be complete" Mark my words.
