Why not contact the company to get the information to verify? All the sudden now those FIELDS don't work so WELL when you don't have the right info eh?
Apprenante, if you can't find what you are looking for on the US Govt sites, I suggest that you contact Herb Southern, the lawyer for HLNT, and he can answer your questions for you. Being a novice in the Trademark and Patent sites for the U.S. will often times lead investors who are trying to perform due diligence down the wrong path. If you are truely interested, Mr. Southern will be happy to help you, provided you are qualified stock holder.
...I used the default field, which automatically searches all fields. Do you need for me to provide the list of fields that the database searches -- AGAIN?
The data base is soooooo easy and effective! Are you saying that you couldn't figure out how use it?
Of COURSE any investor can confirm on their own! Here is a list of the options on both the U.S. Patents database search field AND on the U.S. Patent Applications data base search field. The default is All Fields. Quote: All fields Title Abstract Issue Date Abstract Serial Number Application Type Assignee Name Assignee City Assignee State Assignee Country International Classification Current US Classification Primary Examiner Assistant Examiner Inventor Name Inventor City Inventor State Inventor Country Government Interest Attorney or Agent PCT Information Foreign Priority Reissue Data Related US App. Data Referenced By Foreign References Other References Claim(s) Description/Specification For example, if investors know the name of the agent or designee they can choose that option or they can let the default search the database. ANY investor can type ANY one of these options and **IF** a patent or patent application exists, it will display.
Everyone on this board has SPECIFICS. DID YOU TRY SEARCHING THE DATABASE? All you need is the name of the company (HLNT or AHS - written out, of course) OR the name of the any of the trademarked products (for example, HY-Road) OR one of at least a dozen other designations, such as Inventor Name, Designee Name, etc., etc., etc. The databases are so easy to use, I'm PRETTY sure that you could find a patent application -- **IF** it were in the database. If it's not in the database it doesn't exist unless it's a provisional patent; however, because a provisional patent does not protect the product in foreign countries and because the products sold internationally, a provisional patent would not be sensible.
funny, it's easy to search and look up, and that's my point. If you can't do that yourself, then you should NOT be here because it proves you have no credibility. It's obvious to all what you are up to. IMO
