Everyone on this board has SPECIFICS. DID YOU TRY SEARCHING THE DATABASE? All you need is the name of the company (HLNT or AHS - written out, of course) OR the name of the any of the trademarked products (for example, HY-Road) OR one of at least a dozen other designations, such as Inventor Name, Designee Name, etc., etc., etc. The databases are so easy to use, I'm PRETTY sure that you could find a patent application -- **IF** it were in the database. If it's not in the database it doesn't exist unless it's a provisional patent; however, because a provisional patent does not protect the product in foreign countries and because the products sold internationally, a provisional patent would not be sensible.
