No it wouldn't be. If this deal "falls through" it wouldn't be a halt because SRGE covered their grounds.

Claiming its "work in progress" doesn't make it a lie if they come out and say "sorry, we couldn't come to an agreement"

SRGE is a PR company.. They know how to word it safely. Just clever enough to finish dilution and then say "our bad."

Exactly right RM!!! It is absurd to doubt this PR. Naming Kinross if NOT true would be suicide for SRGE. SRGE is golden folks!!! :0)

Agreed, if they were doing this for one final dump we would not have seen this jump 75%
