Yes, that RW and the promo was late AUG/early SEP of 2012. I don't know who paid him. No mailers, just spam (which I didn't get) and shilling it up on his website.
Also, GOOG(le) up the listed current counsel of record (per otcmarkets.com), you'll get a good laugh out of it. Another one who was cited a few times by regulators.
On the CPA in Charleston, SC I don't think he trades penny stocks. Uncovering p&d's is a hobby with him. He got sued by RMCP for spilling the beans on a behind the scenes former broker and a couple of promoters. I think the case got appealed and dismissed. Can't recall the man's first name.
