CCAJ - The reason Tony kept voting control was to prevent the scammers from diluting the shareholders further and doing more damage with the shell. It was recommended by his legal counsel. Since all the information was sent in to the regulators they want to keep control during the investigative period.

no what tony did was plain stupid...cause what tony should have done was cancel the shares to treasury and than have the board vote him the preferred shares so he had the ability to rescind the merger upon an agreement,what he did with no agreement in place was to interpret the lawyers advice(sort of like they do when they get opinion letters to free up shares)to cancel the merger on his own and open himself up to individual investor lawsuits cause he has pulled his assets out of an active symbol after the deadline in which investors bought because of the news he put out..
he should have sued George and pursue his legal rights there,but he did not take E.S out of the individual investors hands,no not at all..
