Not sure if it's the same one the only connection i found for the Name in connection with A Prime Minister of Thailand was this Article: http://www.informationliberation.com/test.php?id=15948 and thats from 2006... His Bio doesn't list the Beer Connection, not sure if the same guy. There are a few with that name but no actual connection to the Prime Minister.
I heard in another Chat that a few Stuckholder from Germany mailed the Thai Government to ask about the relation of an Advisor to their Prime Minister and an ongoing Stock Promotion.
