Lance... Below is Mr. Megas' recent reply to my question.
Mr.Megas: The process is horrendously fraught since however one tries to compare and identify with previous examples of this mess no two messes are exactly the same. This has legal and practical consequences, hence our silence.
Lance: The s.e.c.and the nasd have given him an answer to over a month ago but yet megas is not yet ready to announce or has his paperwork in order for this to trade.
You told me that a month ago the SEC and the NASD told Mr.Megas that there is no buy-in in the open market. The followings are my questions for you.
(1) What do you think about Mr. Megas' response?
(2) WHO is comparing and identifying previous examples of this mess? the sec? brokers? Do you think that they already finished the job?
(3) This is a redundant question. He said, "this has legal and practical consequences, hence our silence." What can you say about this?
Please answer me in order. Could you put a # in each answer to clearly understand your replies? Like (1), (2), (3). Thanks.

FYI, I asked him about the SEC filings. He told me that both the company lawyer and the auditors are working on them. As you know, the lawyer copiles all the necessary documentation BEFORE they submit them to the SEC.
