not at all...the share exchange and the money he is to receive are both in escrow accounts waiting for him to finish up his end of the work..
i said over a month ago there was an escrow account established,so mr megas wants to get technical right now
and say he has not receive one penny well cause he has not finished up his end of the agreement to get it all done..
so be it..

but his answer to art will just make me stay on top of him
longer as more details come public and i will break them down to my original post....

anyone today find out who is paying the bill for the lawyer who is drafting all these exchanges yet..

oh and spinning is when you have a deal in place and know the terms of the agreement and you cling to the fact that you dont actually have the money yet cause it is in escrow...

but i will be patient and leave it alone as i always have done,i spend a day giving out the info and drop it for a few weeks until megas decides to drop you a bone of a situation that the s.e.c and the nasd have given him an answer to over a month ago but yet megas is not yet ready to announce or has his paperwork in order for this to trade..
