Bullshit....there is not one proven case...nada, zero, zippo, never.

You could however, since I don't think it's yet been post here, dig up Firebird's "Confessions of a Paid Basher"...that's always good for some laughs.

Wrong. The SEC has never gone after a "paid basher". Some companies have brought civil suits, of course. Most came to regret having taken that step.

"Basher suits" only work if you're going after disgruntled employees violating a non-disclosure agreement.

Actually BASHERS can be proven. Plenty of people have been prosecuted for it.
