Claims contrary to the documentation I have collected makes for good entertainment. According to the SEC, claims made contrary to the company's filings and investor communications should be viewed with caution.
AKFish: I suspect but do not know that management is following exactly the plan that was prescribed for them. The frquently asked questions they provided answers to shareholders was the best projection of coming events they were allowed to share. The one really unknown was how long it was going to take before we were paid. (Granted that is a big unknown but it was obvious to me management was not in control of that date, therefore outside forces that we likely will never be privy to were in control of the payment date.) That is why some of us are watching industry happenings like a hawk. Penson and Knight were not just coincidences imho. Stay tuned. Go FFGO!!! Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
