AKFish, the short side of the trade knows very well that the company cannot comment on a number of things until they announce the record date and the payment date.

I am a confident shareholder. I have done my DD!

Claims contrary to the documentation I have collected makes for good entertainment. According to the SEC, claims made contrary to the company's filings and investor communications should be viewed with caution.
