Well, I must admit we're out of my depth here. I'd think that switching browsers should render this idea useless....but maybe if you cleared the cache of temp files in both browsers and tried it again...?
Probably a goofy idea.
It's now 10:08 EST, and I still haven't had a response to any of my 3 emails to the company.
SO FAR (a talisman I use in many situations where it fits), I am still up and running. But it wasn't till about 14:04 EST that it started working.
Wish I had another suggestion for you.
BTW, you didn't say what you DID get when you plugged in the digits, but just searching for them on Google> Who Is? shows that alphatrade.com is one of two web sites using that info. Again, not my area of experise. Maybe you could discern more if you did that.
Darn good thing trading in this market is so easy; otherwise, with complications like this, one might have a bad day. :-}
