I was just thinking that in order to prove any sort of an FDA conspiracy, (if they were trying to hide something like an intentional stall on devices), to bring things to light would most likely require an investigation and a whistle blower (who would fearfully give in under pressure); or a whistle blower followed by an investigation. Since even if a conspiracy exists, I don't see enough evidence yet to warrant an investigation based on as you mentioned - BIEL "fumbling" or bumbling their case, which only made it easier for the FDA to "drag" things out, whether intentionally or not. FDA=Federal Drag ASSociation as opposed to Food & Drug Administration. It really should be called: the FDMDA for the Food, Drug, & Medical Device Administration.

BIEL didn't explain their case effectively ? Hmmmm , I would differ with that opinion . BIEL has been around for nine plus years AW stated over 300k units sold and no complaints the product is approved in more places that I care to mention . The fact that more people have been given a platform by the "Dancing with the stars" Comment review process alone would make one wonder . Who are these people , what are their affiliations , what are theit credentials , why is there a scientific advisory panel , who filters the comments and decides what to keep and what to disgard , who makes the calls here ? The more people added to a process the greater chance of manipulation by any one or all of the groups you mention without the public knowing . How long has this current process been going on , way , way to long if you ask me . Now BIEL is told c'mon back in April , we'll sit down and talk . What could BIEL possibly have to say that hasn't been said , "please sir ,more" ? I'm 69 years old and have seen it all and getting tired of being "snookered". I learned the "Trojan Horse" story early in my life and have witnessed what happens when you don't look the "gift horse in the mouth" ( Streamline approval process ). What happened to that 30 to 60 day approval / denial ? JMHO
