Your assumptions are wrong.. you're assuming whether or not the deal goes through depends on assay results from adit grab samples. Adit grab samples are not a good way to determine the value of a whole property.
The PR was to let us know that Scott took actions to protect his company and to let the public know what grade the grab sample was...regardless and before the Chinese say what they came up with. Thats not the 51 percent I was talking about..it was about the JV.
