If you are correct about a settlement in UWBKQ, there will not be any type of opinion released, rather an 8K filing suggesting the terms and then bankruptcy POL finishing this part off entirely by March 2013. This would be my best guess so I hope to NOT see an opinion from this Judge period.

Agree. I encourage you to avoid the WAMU comparisons. Different beasts. A settlement is quick and easy and would cause very litte, if any, shock to the FDIC fund or future precedent, imo.
