VC, I certainly like your optimism and I wish that I had that much. After four plus years of the WaMu tragedy, it is hard for me to be optimistic about anything regarding this Government. This is sad, but unfortunately when there is no check and balance, massive corruption follows and becomes the rule as we see in the entire Delaware Court System on a regular basis..

If you are correct about a settlement in UWBKQ, there will not be any type of opinion released, rather an 8K filing suggesting the terms and then bankruptcy POL finishing this part off entirely by March 2013. This would be my best guess so I hope to NOT see an opinion from this Judge period.
