I'll just try to keep this simply for you. The SRGE Outstanding Shares (OS) is 545,874,868 shares as of December 13, 2012 as what the company has indicated from their recently filed Annual Financials as indicated on page 4 below:

You are referring to a number of which what the shares were at one point in time back in August 2012.

As per this recent Annual Filing, the OS is now 545,874,868 shares as of December 13, 2012 which is what the company has been saying for some time now which is what they have released in previous PRs, within their website, and within their OTC Markets database.
