NO. That is the O/S, not the float. We don't know that the OS is equal to the float.

We have no clue how many shares are hitting the market, but based on the movement on Friday, I am fairly confident that the float is nowhere near 18 billion, JMHO.

Once the OTC site is updated, we might just find out.
