Those are the shares that have been issued. They already hit the market long ago. I doubt the number is far off 18.7 billion. They don't just evaporate or disappear. They are out there. Most of them are probably being held by suckers like you and me who have been longterm bagholders, just holding and holding...hoping and praying they will be worth something someday. Being a long term bagholder, most people probably have an average PPS quite a bit higher than we are at now. So, that is why they have already kissed that money goodbye and will continue to hold in case there is a good PUMP AND DUMP scam happening. Which, looks like it may be happening now. Most longterm bagholders probably will only break even if this POS ever gets to .001.
