Not according to Magna's lawyer. the one that reached out to me and that I spoke to Friday afternoon.

The Magna attorney admitted that their is no CURRENT business deal between the two companies but admitted that he did not know whether or not Magna and SRGE have ever spoken. Beyond that he was specific that Magna and he were looking in to this matter and what their obligations are.
