As far as I can tell the hold up regarding the ground station contract with globalstar has nothing to do with either gtc or globalstar. Gtc is to build a ground station in Afghanistan not for itself but for a branch of the military. There would be no other way to do it. So the question is what branch and why the delay? Is it the defense crunch or something else? Obviously there are other ground stations across the world. So what the heck is the hold up here?
