Yes and No,this is what they have negotiated to receive for a ground station in the past,10,000 free ecns.With the first ground station,1000 of the 10000 ecns, will go to Mr Phipps company Global Telesat Communications Limited GTCL(which is GTC-UK) as per the agreement.

The current total of ecns is 2700.GTCL has 270 and GTC has 2430 as per the agreement,but we do not have the details as to how Mr Phipps acquired these,an applique or previous ground station buildout.

So no,we do not know what compensation,if any,there is for an applique.But yes,we do know what is possible with the ground stations.
