That would be his money not the companies. Read the 10q's he always pays himself back even when he defaults on every other loan and payable he has.
As long a Kay can cheat and steal another nickel from shareholders he will keep trying....IMO
As far as rivaling facebook.... Please he hasn't even shown anything but a bs animated video that wasn't even the site running. So keep dreaming your dream.
