Re the uplisting -- I can't wait to see the Form 10. Audited financials plus Industry Guide 7 compliance plus full bios of directors and officers plus detailed share structure/capitalization information. They have quite a gap to bridge between their PR/OTC filing habits and SEC filing requirements.
So, now there are Mexican multi-millionaires posting on the board with PI's tracking down NITE's minions.
It just doesn't get any better than this for entertainment. Huge volume and none of them truly grasp the situation that the "supposed" float has been traded at least twice over and the price is still declining.
