You'll need to do a little DD to understand what those consulting agreements mean with respect to revenue in 2013. The information is already in the market, but so many people were busy having fun telling stories about non-existent dilution that I decided not to post what I found.
I'm waiting to see what's in the 3Q to confirm a couple of things.
