Bunny: consider this: You may be the one giving false information. Wanxiang is not paying A123 $350 milion. They are supposedy investing $350 million in the assets which they obtained in the sale. The are investing $350 million in their own property. It affects A123 and your stock in no way.

It it like you buying a new house and then remodeling the house, spending $100,000. You don't pay the former owner the $100k. If you feel misled, take it up with Ilene, who is the only one that reported on the $350k.

If you're going to sue anyone, you should target the inept management of AONE for destroying so much value. Why turn down a $465m offer and agree to sell the company for $125m? There was no need for the bankruptcy in the first place, as Wanxiang was more than willing to assume all debt in exchange for equity and infuse more money into the business. It's the craziest I've seen all year. And to think they actually got bonuses?? I'm surprised shareholders are sitting on their hands doing nothing about this.
